International academic exchange has long strengthened mutual understanding, research cooperation, and democratic resilience. As geopolitical tensions rise and political priorities shift, what role can educational exchange programs play in sustaining strong transatlantic relationships.
Utökad information om evenemanget
This discussion examines the role of international educational exchange in advancing diplomacy, research collaboration, and democratic engagement between Sweden and the United States. For more than seven decades, Fulbright Sweden has connected students, researchers, educators, and professionals across borders, creating networks that often outlast political administrations and policy cycles. At a time of increasing geopolitical competition, polarization, and pressure on international cooperation, educational exchange programs raise important questions about how societies build trust, develop future leaders, and maintain strong international partnerships. The conversation will explore the long-term impact of academic mobility on innovation, public policy, higher education, and transatlantic relations.

How are societal norms created, challenged, and changed? Alcohol has long been central to social life, yet growing demands for inclusion and wellbeing are reshaping expectations. Can businesses play a role in driving positive cultural change while remaining commercially successful?
Utökad information om evenemanget
While most companies respond to societal shifts, a select few have the courage to drive them. Drawing on more than two decades of experience as a family therapist, Moa Gürbüzer founded Oddbird to challenge one of society’s most deeply rooted norms: alcohol’s central role in social life. In this conversation, she shares insights into how norms are created, how businesses can influence cultural change, and why purpose-driven brands that promote inclusion, wellbeing, and positive behavior may define the next generation of market leaders.

Utökad information om evenemanget
