Beyond military defence, Ukraine must rebuild communities, support veterans and strengthen social resilience. How can recovery and reconstruction be achieved during an ongoing war? The answer will shape both Ukraine's future and Europe's long-term security.

Visit HUG's stand and gain insight into one of Europe's most important challenges: how Ukraine defends itself while rebuilding society. Throughout the day, we will highlight defence, resilience, veteran reintegration, rehabilitation and recovery during an ongoing war. Meet our guests from Ukraine with firsthand experience of war, recovery and rebuilding: • Oleksandr – Hero of Ukraine, defender of Donetsk Airport and veteran advocate • Viktor – Veteran of the 95th Air Assault Brigade • Ivan – Lieutenant Colonel, National Guard of Ukraine • Oleksii – Drone Unit Commander, National Guard of Ukraine • Oleksandr – Combat medic, tactical medicine instructor and evacuation systems specialist We are open for dialogue, networking and knowledge-sharing with civil society, policymakers, businesses, media and the public.
