Utökad information om evenemanget
Artificial intelligence is evolving from a tool into a collaborator capable of generating knowledge, influencing decisions and shaping social systems. As AI becomes embedded in institutions, economies and everyday life, it challenges long-held assumptions about human identity, agency and control over knowledge. Engaging India @ Almedalen brings together leaders from Sweden & India to explore global challenges through dialogue between policy, industry and academia. The 2026 series examines artificial intelligence through the lens of identity, industry and planetary transition. This seminar explores how AI may redefine what it means to be human while also reshaping global power structures. Who shapes the intelligence that will influence societies, democratic institutions and international relations? And how can societies ensure that the development of AI reflects shared human values? Format: Keynote framing followed by a moderated conversation.
