AI and deepfakes are revolutionizing disinformation. We should learn how to verify and detect manipulation, how to build resistance to disinformation in order to protect our society and get to know specific examples of AI use in information warfare during invasion of Ukraine.

Jakub Śliż and Aleksandra Wrona from Pravda, a Polish association combating disinformation and promoting public awareness of false narratives are conducting a workshop on how AI and deepfakes are revolutionizing disinformation, a review of the latest technologies. The participants of this workshop can learn about specific examples of AI use in information warfare with Ukraine as a testing ground, about practical tools for verification and manipulation detection and can learn how to build resilience to disinformation in society. The workshop is for made for up to 20 participants in each session. One session at 8:30-11:30 and one session at 14:00-17:00
