Is rebuilding Ukraine a shared responsibility for Europe and the world? What does rebuild Ukraine mean? Who will be there? At the same time, how can Ukraine, through its experience, expertise, and resilience, contribute to Europe’s future security, democratic values, and crisis preparedness.

Meet ambassadors from several countries sharing their perspectives on future partnerships and support for Ukraine. Large parts of Ukraine lie in ruins, and reconstruction may become the largest rebuilding effort in modern history. But rebuilding Ukraine is not only about roads, bridges, and buildings. It is also about restoring democratic institutions, rebuilding communities, and supporting the physical and psychological wellbeing of millions of people affected by war. Who should take responsibility for rebuilding the country – Ukraine itself, Europe, or the wider international community? This conversation will also explore Ukraine’s potential contribution to Europe and the wider international community. Through its experience of resilience, innovation under extreme pressure, and the rebuilding of critical infrastructure and institutions, Ukraine has knowledge, skills, and perspectives that can strengthen Europe’s long-term security, democratic values, and crisis preparedness.
