Beskrivning av samhällsfrågan

The global geopolitical and economic landscape is being reshaped, creating both challenges and opportunities. This new era of increased volatility, evolving alliances, and shifting trade flows demand new approaches to resilience, competitiveness and long-term growth. We are in a new world order.

Utökad information om evenemanget

The global map has been redrawn. We are now operating in a new global order defined by strategic competition between the US, Europe, China, and rising powers such as India. This realignment is transforming policy frameworks, international relations, supply chains and capital flows, creating a more complex landscape of risk and opportunity. This panel will discuss the geopolitical forces shaping the global economy and the strategic responses required to navigate shifting alliances and changing trade patterns – while turning geopolitical risk into competitive advantage. With high-level speakers from politics, finance, and industry, this discussion will explore how Swedish businesses and policymakers can strengthen resilience and secure long-term growth. Citi and Dagens Industri will co-host a forum in Almedalen to discuss these questions
