Welcome to a seminar exploring how regional and local cooperation strengthens resilience – with lessons directly from Ukraine at war. In a time when preparedness and collaboration are more critical than ever, we invite you to an inspiring and insightful morning seminar on regional and local cooperation – Ukrainian experiences as a key to resilience. With lessons and firsthand accounts from the Zaporizhzhia region in Ukraine, we will discuss: • How to build resilience in times of crisis, • How to collaborate nationally, regionally, and locally to strengthen preparedness, • And how Sweden can enhance its own crisis readiness. The seminar will also highlight the new government assignment given to the County Administrative Boards of Värmland and Västernorrland to deepen cooperation with Zaporizhzhia, provide mutual support, and share experiences.
