Beskrivning av samhällsfrågan
Many Ukrainians, especially women, face uncertain futures in the Nordics. How can we support both integration and return? We explore how entrepreneurship education and Nordic support can align with Ukraine’s recovery—building skills, resilience, and bridges across borders.
Utökad information om evenemanget
Millions of Ukrainians have sought safety in the Nordic countries, with women making up a majority of adult arrivals. As the war continues, many face a difficult question: integrate fully here or prepare to return and rebuild? This creates a unique policy challenge: how to support people whose futures may unfold in two places? Entrepreneurship education can be a powerful tool to address both integration and reconstruction by fostering resilience, self-reliance, and economic agency. We will explore how efforts in the Nordics, especially in integration, skills development, and innovation—can synchronize with economic recovery assistance to Ukraine, creating lasting bridges between Ukrainians here and at home. The event is a moderated conversation with experts in integration and Ukraine’s recovery. The event is supported by Familjen Kamprads Stiftelse and Kulturfonden för Sverige och Finland.
