Social services are responsible for providing victims of violence and their children with support and help. In the evenings, at night and at weekends, you can contact the emergency social services for emergency help with family and relationship problems, threats and violence in the family, or addiction problems. Emergency social services can be reached on phone number 0498-26 91 45, and are open to adults and children alike every day from 4.00 PM to 3.00 AM. In emergencies during office hours at weekdays, contact social services’ individual and family care, phone number 0498-26 88 19.
Terrafem has a national hotline for women with foreign backgrounds that is open 24 hours a day. The call will not be visible on the phone bill. Phone number: 020-52 10 10.
For young people
Are you frightened? Has someone been mean to or hurt someone you know? It’s not your fault! You can call BRIS’ emergency telephone at any time if you have been hit, bullied or feel unhappy for any other reason.
